Château Le Privera 2014 reflects the elegance and balance of a classic Medoc vintage. Carefully ceJlared since harvest, it now reveals refined tannins, remarkable freshness and a beautiful aromatic complexity.

The 2014 vintage benefited from a warm, dry autumn that allowed the grapes tn reach excellent maturity. Today, the wine expresses freshness, balance and finesse, with silky tannins and a long, harmonious finish that perfectly reflects the character of the Médoc.

TASTING NOTES

Deep ruby colour with brick reflections,

The nose opens with intense aromas of b1ack cherry, blackcurrant and plum, enhanced by nates of cedar tobacco leaf and a subtle touch of graphite.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and precise. The wine shows a beautiful balance between fruit and structure, with firm yet s Iky tannins brought by the Cabernet, roundness from the Merlot and a final lift of complexity provided by the Petit Verdot. The finish is long, elegant and savoury.

Meat: roast lamb, beef Wellington, duok bzeast, venison, grilled or roasted beef.

Side disk: wild mushrooms, shallots confit, roasted root vegetables, truPle potatoes. Cheese: mature hard cheeses, Comté, Cantal, ageel Saint-Nectaire.

Dessert: dark chocolate, chocolate fondant.
